The consortium of partners consists of experienced organisations in the area of Local Youth Councils and youth participation in decision-making processes from Italy, Morocco, North Macedonia, Morocco, Portugal and Tunisia.
The Forum of Young Moroccans for the Third Millennium (FJMTM) is a youth association which brings together young Moroccans from different political and associative currents. It contributes to the integration of young Moroccans in the context of economic, social and political changes that Morocco is experiencing on the one hand, and exists as an autonomous space for the supervision and mobilization of young Moroccans around the Agenda of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), Human Rights and Human Development on the other.

Europiamo is the Italian meeting point between Young European Ambassadors and the active stakeholders operating in the youth sector. Europiamo, as a national co-managed network, strives for a more direct and inspiring involvement of young people in decision making processes at local, regional, national and European level.

​Farhat Hached Institute for Research and Democracy (FHIRD) is an independent non-profit international Tunisian NGO based in Tunis. It is an academic body of research that works at the both national and international levels in fields such as research, training, consultancy in issues of media, democracy and politics as well as democratic changes.

The Students’ Forum Institute is a civil and non-partisan independent Palestinian organization, which has a bold vision towards a Palestinian society that appreciates societal and political participation of Palestinian youngsters and students. The Forum works to promote the concepts of democracy and human rights, as well as the rule of law and good governance, through encouraging the active participation youngsters and university students ranging between 18-30 years old.
